Sponsor Timeline

November

Notify the AYA's Assistant Director for Student Programs of your Club/Association/Class' intention to participate in the Fellowship program for the coming year. Indicate how many Fellows you expect to sponsor/host and in what types of projects.

December

CSSF Yale Club/Association Participation Deadline- Submit completed Site Selection Form (available from AYA) to the Assistant Director for Student Programs for review and approval.

January

Make a firm commitment to the AYA for the number of Fellowships your club will sponsor in the coming year. This includes a financial commitment and a commitment to arrange housing for each Fellow.

April

Receive notice of Fellow(s) selected for your club's project(s).

Late Spring

Receive invoice for student stipend(s). Remit to the Assistant Director for Student Programs at AYA. Please make all checks payable to Yale University-Community Service Summer Fellowship Program CSSF Program).
